How long does a website take to build?+
A Starter Site typically takes 2–3 weeks; a Growth Site 3–5 weeks; Custom Builds depend on scope and are timelined individually after discovery.
Do I own the website once it's built?+
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the website and its content belong to you. Hosting and domain accounts should be registered in your name from the start.
Will I be able to update the site myself?+
With the Growth Site and Custom Build packages, yes, we set up a CMS and walk you through editing it. The Starter Site is a static build; content updates go through Narrative Machine.
Do you provide hosting?+
We can recommend and help set up Nepal-friendly hosting, but hosting and domain fees are billed directly to you by the provider. We don't mark them up.
Is the website mobile-friendly?+
Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first, since most traffic in Nepal comes from mobile devices.
Will the website be SEO-ready?+
Every package includes an on-page SEO foundation: clean URLs, meta descriptions, image alt text, and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO work (rankings, content, backlinks) is a separate service.
Can I add ecommerce later?+
Yes, though it's more efficient to plan for it upfront if you know you'll need it. Adding ecommerce to an existing non-ecommerce site is treated as a Custom Build scope.
What do you need from me to get started?+
Business information, any existing branding assets (logo, colors), content or a willingness to work through it together, and access to a domain/hosting account if you already have one.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?+
Yes, through our optional Care Plan: hosting coordination, security updates, monthly backups, and minor edits.
Can my package be customized?+
Yes. If your business has unique requirements, we can scope a customized solution outside the standard packages.
